The Nokia 6760 Slide is Nokia latest social networking handset and comes with a quirky design and slide-out QWERTY keyboard. It’s the UK version to the Nokia Surge over in the US and while it has been announced for some time, it looks like the Nokia 6760 Slide has finally landed. Find out about Nokia 6760 Slide going on sale after the jump… The Nokia 6760 Slide gets its name from the QWERTY keyboard that slides out from under its 2.4-inch screen, making typing out emails and texts on the move as easy as, well, typing. Which is good as the Nokia 6760 slide supports Mail for Exchange ,Google Talk and Windows Live Messenger. Other features of the Nokia 6760 Slide include a 3.2-Megapixel camera, A-GPS with Nokia maps pre-installed and a battery life that offers 500 hours standby time, which is 20 days without charging. The Nokia 6760 Slide has popped up on the Nokia site as now being on sale and while the pre-order price was £199 (inc. VAT), it has been dropped to £179 (inc. VAT), so you can stay in touch with your buddies without it impacting on your pocket. The odd thing is that at this point Nokia has officially announced the arrival of this handset, merely changing status on its webpage. Maybe check it out before the situation changes?
